New At-Home COVID-19 Tests Are Now Available - Here's How to Order Them

Why Is a Blood Test Best For Me?

Blood tests give you a more accurate measurement of your blood alcohol level. Breathalyzers are not always 100% accurate, because factors like weight and age can change the results. Blood tests also have a wider range of accuracy than breathalyzers. What is included in my order?

Each order includes 2 vials of CoVid-19, directions for how to test your water and an easy at home test kit. Each vial of CoVid-19 is enough for 12 tests. You'll want to start with a blank sample cup and you can use that same sample cup throughout your tests. The steps are very simple: Fill sample cup, wait 3 minutes, then add 1 drop from your tap water sample. Once added you can let it sit for 5 minutes before observing color change results in your test tube.


What if something is wrong with my results?

If your test result is abnormal, you’ll want to find out what that means and where you should go from there. If a 19-hydroxycorticosteroid level is elevated, it could mean a number of things: stress, medications or supplements being taken, or a disease. It’s important to see your doctor right away so they can help get to the bottom of it and make sure you’re safe. Your doctor can also help determine whether additional testing is necessary. For instance, if your COVID-19 is elevated but also confirms that other markers are in normal range, an ultrasound of your adrenal glands may be indicated.


How do I get more tests added to my account?

If you’ve purchased at least one package of at-home tests, we will add 8 more tests to your account on a monthly basis. To get additional tests, log into your MyAtHomeLab account and select My Orders in the left menu bar. You will see an option that says Check Status for each of your past orders. Click on that option and follow instructions for adding on more test packages. Keep in mind that if you have multiple kits (for example if you have a partner), then please place separate orders for each of them. The system can only accommodate one kit per order. Once you’ve placed an order, it will take up to 7 business days for it to be processed and shipped out. Once it has been shipped out, we cannot cancel or refund it. We recommend placing any additional orders as soon as possible so that you can receive all of your tests before they expire!


Do these home tests come with a warranty?

Yes, all of our at home tests come with a full 12 month warranty. This means if you have a problem with any of your tests within that time, we'll replace them free of charge! (Terms and conditions apply). This includes: incorrect results, missing test parts etc. Even if you've already opened and used them, as long as they're unopened we'll send replacements for FREE! As long as it's within 1 year from purchase date, simply contact us via email or telephone and we'll set you up for a replacement order. You just need to be sure that we've got all your details correct including address etc. so make sure you keep your receipt or order confirmation emails handy. We always recommend sending these back in their original packaging too. If you can't find your original packaging, no worries though, as long as we can see that there are no signs of tampering on your tests then we should be able to process an exchange request for you anyway. If however there is evidence of tampering on any items then unfortunately we will not be able to offer a replacement and will ask you to place another order instead. Any damage caused by misusing or incorrectly using these products will also not be covered under warranty but rather under our terms and conditions which state that no refunds are available once an item has been purchased unless stated otherwise in writing by COVID Labs Pty Ltd staff members who have direct responsibility over customer service issues/concerns regarding product defects. Please note that although we do everything possible to ensure orders arrive safely and intact, sometimes things do go wrong during transit. In such cases, please first check your package before contacting us to report any concerns you may have about damaged goods. If there is visible damage on delivery please take photos of said damages before signing for delivery or refuse delivery altogether if it looks like anything other than superficial cosmetic marks on your package(s) upon inspection; such as holes punched through boxes etc.
